Welcome to ADHDCLINICS.COM - Clinical Psychology Associates of North Central Florida. is a private practice group of psychologists with offices in Gainesville and Ocala, Florida.
We have over 20 years of experience in the assessment and treatment of ADHD children, adolescents and adults as well as in providing a full range of psychology clinic services. Our Gainesville and Ocala clinics are fully staffed with psychologists, psycholgy residents, and psychology assistants, as we have a long tradition of providing training in the assessment and treatment of Attention-deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.
Attention-Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is a common developmental disorder, but can be easily misdiagnosed. We advocate for thorough assessments in any psychological, neurological or psychiatric disorder with long-term implications for social, academic, and occupational functioning. Co-existing disorders are common and require appropriate accomodations or treatment planning. Other potential causes for symptoms must also be considered before making this diagnosis.
Our Clinic offers psychological and neuropsychological assessment, as well as individual and group therapy. We have multiple providers which provides a broad base of experience as well as the ability to work with children individually, in groups, with parents, adults with ADHD, as well as deal with marital issues.
